Dino’s passion for making high quality spirits was born helping his father and father-in-law distill their own grappa at home since the 1990s. His passion soon grew into a vision to source the highest quality ingredients to create a smooth, refined acquavite that would highlight the natural essence of its ingredients.

Over the years, through careful refinement and experimentation, he crafted a silky, smooth acquavite infused with organic Turkish figs. It delighted family, friends, foodies and restaurateurs—all of whom coveted a bottle of their own. It was clear he was on to something.
